Femi was formerly a partner at Field Court Legal LLP prior to joining A2 Solicitors as a Consultant.
He has over 20 years experience acquired mainly whilst employed with various firms in London over as well as in practice as a Barrister and Solicitor abroad.
Although initially in General Practice, he has acquired specific experience in the following areas:-
Civil and Commercial litigation matters at the County Court and High Court, from applications in front of Masters and Judges in Chambers to preparing cases for trial. His work load has an emphasis on commercial litigation. He advices and represents foreign nationals and governmental agencies involved with commercial litigation in the UK and advices in relation to commercial transactions including at the negotiation stages.
He has been involved in a number of landmark Court of Appeal cases including R-v Kieu Vi TO, R-v Xu &; Ors, R-v-Quynh Huynh and TT-v-SSHD to name a few.
He also provides advice in the area of immigration and nationality and family law.
He enjoys playing football, basketball watching films and travelling.
